Lovely staff reasonable prices
BEWARE: Paid 15 for next day delivery but their definition of next day is next calendar day...so dont waste your money on a Thursday because you may not get what you have ordered until the person fitting your handles has gone home for the weekend! Customer service pretty rubbish too - woman I spoke to didnt bother to say sorry until the end of the conversation (when she obviously did not mean it). I guess Im not the first person who has fallen into this trap as she had the excuses memorised that I was being completely unreasonable to expect next day to mean that my handles would arrive during the day! Think she probably needs better training dealing with irate customers who have been mis-lead...
Very clear and simple website to order. Lowest price for the locks I needed. Items arrived promptly next day as promised and Stephen was very helpful. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended and will order again.
Excellent service. Had a slight manufacturing issue with one of my orders which was dealt with on the day I contacted the site. I was kept in the loop with the correspondence with the manufacturer and had a replacement delivered within days. Thank you
