Theres a very fine line between getting what you paid for and getting completely ripped off! Staff was really friendly-ish but the prices are ridiculous! Went in with my dog who need eye surgery on both eyes, got quoted around 900+. Would recommend getting a second opinion, ive found a vet a lot cheaperAs I was leaving I was given a 80+ bill for painkillers, lubricant and repair gel. The repair gel he told me was 38 for 3ml, I paid it without realising I could have got it off the internet without prescription for 7!!!! Isathal 7 and painkillers not even 4!! Absolutely fuming! Basically charged me 66 for a half an hour consultation. To top the visit off as I was booking my dog in for the operation on Friday (yes i was going to pay it cause of the reviews on google). the vet had the audacity to come out and say dont bother insuring him and bring him back cause we have it all on record...I was absolutely mortified, appointment is cancelled and will never be returning.
Always absolutely amazing. Sadly we had to say goodbye to one of our pets today. However he's been under the care of this wonderful vet for over 17 years. Been going wirh all our dogs and cats since the first week of opening 40 years ago... that speaks for itself. Highly recommended.
